Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase from us. Due to the unique nature of our preloved business, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Each item is thoroughly inspected and described accurately, including any flaws or signs of wear. Please review all product photos, descriptions, and condition ratings carefully before making a purchase. We're happy to answer any questions and aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours—so if you're unsure, please ask before purchasing.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is significantly not as shown in pictures, or
  • The item is found to be not authentic.

Each bag is shipped with a security tag attached. Returns are only accepted if this tag remains intact. To be eligible for a return, the bag and any included accessories must be returned in the exact condition as received, with the security tag still attached.

Return process:

  • You must contact Joymei Authentics within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Once return instructions are provided, the item must be shipped back within 2 working days.
  • Returns must be sent via a fully insured, trackable shipping method. The tracking number must be provided to us within 24 hours of dispatch.

For international returns:

  • The package must be clearly marked as "Returned Merchandise".
  • Any import duties or customs fees incurred by Joymei Authentics will be deducted from the refund.

Important Notes:

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the item is returned in a condition different from when it was sent, Joymei Authentics reserves the right to withhold all or part of the refund.
  • If any plastic coverings or wrappings are removed, we reserve the right to refuse the return or make an appropriate deduction.
  • A deduction may also be made if the item’s value is reduced due to unnecessary handling, or if it is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging or mishandling.
